Introducation

Department of Computer Science offers full time 3-years Bachelor’s Degree in Computer application and 2- years in Master’s Degree in Computer Science. It has 3 well equipped labs with almost 200 computers with net connectivity. The department plays a vital role in imparting sound base knowledge in the field of computer hardware and software, which is applied in today’s scenario. The aim of the department is to build a strong conceptual and practical knowledge about IT. The computer science department is regularly producing qualitative professionals to meet today’s market requirements. The students have been placed in various reputed national and multinational companies.
The department’s mission is two fold. First is to inculcate fundamental knowledge and problem solving aptitude skills in students for a bright future and the second is to place them in leading organizations. The Courses offered Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA) , M.Sc (Computer Science) and M.Sc (Information Science).
