Topic: “How to Land a High-Paying Job in Big 4 and MNCs” On 20 February 2026, the BBA Department organized an insightful webinar on “How to Land a High-Paying Job in Big 4 and MNCs” for the students of BBA and B.Com. The session was conducted by Ms. Khushi, Finance Educator, who shared valuable guidance on building a successful corporate career. The primary objective of the Webinar was to create awareness among students about career opportunities in reputed organizations and to guide them on the qualifications, skills, and preparation strategies required to secure high-paying jobs. During the session, the speaker elaborated on career prospects in the Big 4 firms — Deloitte, PwC, EY, and KPMG — as well as leading multinational companies such as Accenture and Tata Consultancy Services. She explained the recruitment process, eligibility criteria, and the importance of aligning academic learning with industry requirements. Ms. Khushi emphasized the significance of maintaining strong academic performance and pursuing professional qualifications such as CA, CMA, MBA, and other skill-based certification courses. 350th Guru Teg Bahadur Shaheedi Diwas Programme Organized By Mewar Group of Institutions Mewar Group of Institutions organized a solemn and inspirational programme on 29 November 2025 at Vivekanand Hall to commemorate the 350th Guru Teg Bahadur ShaheediDiwas. The event honored the Guru’s supreme sacrifice and teachings, with active participation from students across departments, reflecting the institution’s commitment to cultural learning, moral values, and unity. The ceremony began with the Lighting of the Lamp by Director Dr. Alka Agarwal, symbolizing the triumph of knowledge over ignorance. This set a spiritual tone, followed by the recitation of the Mool Mantra by Karishma (BA LL.B.), which created a serene atmosphere. Students then presented speeches and poems expressing devotion and highlighting Guru Teg Bahadur Ji’s courage, steadfastness, and defense of human rights. Contributions by Alisha, Aditi, Muskan, Dhruv, Om Prakash, and other students showcased their respect for the Guru’s legacy. Motivational slogans by the HSS Department further encouraged values of truth, bravery, and compassion. The Department of Teacher Education organized a Two-Day National Seminar on "Indian Knowledge System and Contemporary Education” on 11th and 12th September 2025. The event witnessed enthusiastic participation, with 100 participants and 25 presenters. The seminar aimed to highlight the relevance of India's rich intellectual traditions in the context of modern education and to promote the integration of indigenous knowledge with current pedagogical approaches. The keynote speaker for the seminar was Prof. Seema Kohli (Professor, Department of Chemistry, MMH College, Ghaziabad). The Guests of Honor included Prof. Sarika Sharma (Department of Teacher Training and Non-Formal Education, Jamia Millia Islamia), Dr. Kushagra (Associate Professor and HOD, Amity School of Earth and Environmental Sciences, Amity University Haryana), and Prof. Ajit Kumar Bohet (Department of Education, CIE, University of Delhi). The session began with a welcome and overview of the seminar by Dr. Geeta Rani, Head of the Department of Teacher Education, and convener of the seminar. In his address, the Chairman of the Institute, Dr. Ashok Kumar Gadiya, emphasized the importance of revisiting the Indian Knowledge System (IKS) to enrich present-day education. He highlighted the role of teachers in integrating IKS with contemporary education to promote holistic development and responsible citizenship. Dr. Alka Agarwal, the Director of the Institute, elaborated on the features of IKS, its relevance in the current educational landscape, and the challenges we face in integrating it effectively. The seminar featured presentations by scholars and academicians on various dimensions of IKS, as outlined in the sub-themes of the seminar. The seminar successfully achieved its objectives through meaningful discussions by academicians, research scholars, subject experts, and students.
